The 2026 Quilt Retreat is going to be packed with fun activities like scrap swaps, FQ contests, and more! You don’t want to miss this! This retreat will take place on March 18th-21st of 2026. The registration fee does not include your hotel stay or travel costs. You can visit the Quilt Retreat page for all the details and information about what is or isn’t included. You’ll want to act fast because there is a limit to how many people can register. So be sure to grab your spot for you and your quilting friends!
Purchasing this Quilt Retreat ticket will register you for this event. By checking out you acknowledge that a full refund can only be given up to 90 days before the event (before Dec 18th, 2025). A partial refund can be given up to 30 days before the event (before Feb 18th). No refunds will be given within 30 days of the event (After Feb 18th). This is a strict policy.
Quilt Retreat Activities
Your registration fee includes a lot of great activities. There will also be some activities that will cost extra. You can read more about that on the Quilt Retreat page. All of the activities at the quilt retreat are optional. So, you can play along with us or bring your projects from home to work on! Here is a list of some of the activities at the retreat:

Retreat Location
Our quilt retreat will take place in Harper’s Ferry, WV at the foothills of the blue ridge mountains. Harper’s Ferry is a beautiful historic location centered around the civil war and economic revolution. Harper’s Ferry is a Historical National Park with lots to see! So, go check out all the cute shops and restaurants while you are here.
Harper’s Ferry is nestled in between two major rivers, the Shenandoah and the Potomac, and bordered by two states, Virginia and Maryland. The Appalachian trail also goes through town and across both rivers. There is plenty of adventure to be had if you want to take a break from quilting! But don’t worry- you can stay and quilt to your hearts desire!
You are going to love the charm of this area! And even if you don’t want to leave the hotel, there will be plenty to keep you busy with us in the ballroom. We can’t wait to see you and get to know you!
