"Modern Day Quilter" Book Trunk Show
Would you like to take a peek at all the projects from my book, “Modern Day Quilter”? I’ll bring all my projects and share about my inspiration behind each of the designs and projects. This book was written as a journey itself. It walks you through various quilting techniques to help broaden any quilter’s skill set. I will talk about why I am passionate about this and how this book can help any quilter at any stage in their own quilting journey.

Make & Take Quilt Clock Workshop
This Quilt Clock is a project from my book, “Modern Day Quilter”. This is a beginner friendly Foundation Paper Piecing pattern. In this workshop, we will go over the basics of Foundation Paper Piecing and the basic FPP block that is repeated in this clock. Once the basics are mastered, we will spend the time practicing and assembling the clock.
Hardware kits can be purchased from me for the wood of the clock and the clock mechanism at an additional cost per student.

Make & Take Pin Cushion Workshop
This Pin Cushion is a project from my book, “Modern Day Quilter”. This is a super easy Flying Geese patterned pin cushion that is designed to sit in front of your sewing machine. In this workshop we will go over the steps to make this pincushion and how to assemble it. Each student will complete a pincushion.

Make & Take Thrashcan Workshop
This Thrashcan is a project from my book, “Modern Day Quilter”. This is a fun and easy project to create a little hanging trashcan for your threads. It easily attaches to the side of your machine with a small command hook. In this workshop, we will piece together and assemble the Thrashcan.
